What should I do if I have a long-term and recurring cough? Diet therapy to help!

1. Rock sugar pear

Ingredients: one pear, some rock sugar (depending on your taste)

Method: Peel the pear, use a knife to remove the core of the pear to make it hollow, then put rock sugar and a little water in the hollow position. Put the prepared pears into a porcelain bowl, then put it into a pot and steam it for one hour.

Applicable to: cough caused by lung heat, can play the role of clearing heat and detoxification

4. Soy milk

Ingredients: Some soybeans

Method: Soak the soybeans in advance for more than 3 hours, then grind them in a soymilk maker, filter out the soymilk residue, then boil them in a pot and add a little white sugar. Put the soy milk into a bottle and let it cool, then drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.

5. Ginger and Egg

Ingredients: One piece of ginger, four eggs

Method: Mash the ginger, add the eggs and mix well. Do not add any seasoning, as it will not work. Heat the pan, then add a few drops of sesame oil and fry the eggs with the sesame oil. Remove from the pan when the eggs are 70% cooked.
