What to do if you have knee pain?

People need to walk every day, and the knee, as a joint in the human body that bears a huge amount of weight, is very prone to some adverse conditions. Some elderly people suffer from knee pain due to their age, which seriously affects their daily life. Some young people also experience frequent knee pain. Although knee pain is not a serious disease, it can be very painful. So what should you do if you have knee pain?

1. Age issue. It is normal for knee joints to have problems after using them for more than ten years.

2. There are very few blood vessels in the knee joint. Damage to it is usually caused by wear and tear and dryness, and will not cause blood stasis. Therefore, it is difficult to solve the problem with oral medication.

3. 10 minutes a day, no more knee pain!

Action essentials:

Place your feet shoulder-width apart and squat slowly, not too deep, for two minutes.

If you squat too deep in this movement, it will become a horse stance, which is done by athletes. Middle-aged and elderly people don't need to squat too deep.

4. Perform the above movements for 3 to 5 minutes every day, rest for 30 seconds, and then continue for 10 minutes. Gradually the duration can be increased.

1. You notice that it starts to get sour after one minute;

2. After two minutes of persistence, the knee joints become so sore that it is unbearable;

3. After 3 to 5 minutes, you will start to shiver, but your knee joints will start to get warm.

Becoming sore → becoming swollen → becoming hot, this process is the whole process of injecting knee joint fluid into your knee joint. This knee joint fluid is the lubricant that relieves joint pain.

5. Special reminder:

When you persist in this movement for three to five minutes, then rest for thirty seconds, and do this for a total of 10 minutes, a large amount of synovial fluid will enter your knee joints.

Remember, this has two benefits:

1. Lubricate joints

Joint fluid enters the joint cavity to lubricate the joint. Walking no longer hurts, and going up and down stairs is smooth.

2: Repair joints

There are very few blood vessels in the knee joint, so pain is usually caused by damage or fluid accumulation, not blood stasis.
