What is the cause of fallopian tube tuberculosis?

In fact, fallopian tube tuberculosis is relatively common among fallopian tube diseases, so female friends must pay attention to it. There are many reasons for fallopian tube disease, the most common of which is secondary infection, which can spread to the fallopian tube due to lesions in the pelvic organs. If tuberculosis occurs in the fallopian tubes and causes blockage, it will have a serious impact on the patient's conception, so everyone must understand the causes of fallopian tube tuberculosis. Common causes of fallopian tube tuberculosis include suppurative salpingitis, fallopian tube dysplasia, gonococcal salpingitis, etc.

Tubal tuberculosis is generally considered to be a secondary infection. After the pelvic organs are affected, the lesions can spread directly to adjacent organs, first invading the fallopian tubes. The structure of the fallopian tube mucosa is conducive to the latency of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Mycobacterium tuberculosis can remain latent locally for 1 to 10 years or even longer. Once the body's immunity is low, it can be reactivated and cause fallopian tube tuberculosis. Most cases are bilateral, and both fallopian tubes may be infected simultaneously or successively. Because the disease progresses slowly and the symptoms are atypical, they are easily overlooked. The main causes of fallopian tube tuberculosis are:

1. Suppurative salpingitis:

It is common in incomplete abortion, induced abortion and postpartum infection. The pathogenic bacteria are Staphylococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which cause interstitial salpingitis, isthmic nodular salpingitis, hydrosalpinx and pyosalpinx, thus leading to the occurrence of fallopian tube tuberculosis.

2. Abnormal development of fallopian tube:

Congenital tubal abnormalities such as tubal dysplasia, tortuosity, and tubal diverticulum can cause abnormal functions of the fallopian tube in transporting eggs, sperm, and fertilized eggs, making infertility and tubal pregnancy more likely to occur, and ultimately cause tubal tuberculosis.

3. Gonococcal salpingitis:

In recent years, it has been found that the proportion of pelvic inflammatory disease caused by chlamydia and mycoplasma infections has increased. Like gonorrhea, the impact on the fallopian tube is an ascending infection along the mucosa, through the cervical canal endometrium, endometrium, and fallopian tube endometrium to the pelvic peritoneum, but there is generally no acute phase, and the initial symptoms of infection are mild, so it does not cause attention, and eventually leads to fallopian tube tuberculosis.

Symptoms of fallopian tube tuberculosis include:

1. Infertility: The primary symptoms

2. Menstrual disorders: The duration and severity of the disease are related to abnormal menstruation.

3. Lower abdominal pain: abdominal pain of varying degrees accompanied by fever.

4. Fever: Fever will occur during menstruation and return to normal after menstruation.
