4. Heart failure occurs during angina attacks and worsens the condition;

5. The electrocardiogram shows a temporary rise or significant depression of the ST segment, an inverted or high-peaked T wave, or accompanied by arrhythmia;

6. Elderly patients with coronary heart disease suddenly experience unexplained arrhythmia, heart failure, shock, dyspnea or syncope

First aid for myocardial infarction

1. Keep calling the patient's name to keep the patient awake and never let him/her fall asleep. It is best to carry a small bottle of agarwood oil with you. Agarwood oil is the king of first aid. The famous heart medicine "Jiuxin" is extracted from agarwood. First, place a few drops of agarwood oil on the patient’s tongue.

2. Press the Ren philtrum with your fingers until the patient's brows frown. (Acupoint annotation - Philtrum: located below the nose, at the junction of the upper third and lower two-thirds of the philtrum groove.).

3. Make an empty fist and repeatedly roll the area from Tanzhong to Huagai to stimulate the heart muscles. (Acupoint Annotation--Tanzhong: Located on the midline of the sternum, at the junction of the 4th and 5th ribs, in the middle of the two nipples) (Acupoint Annotation--Huagai: Located on the chest of the human body, on the anterior midline, between the 1st ribs).
