What are the causes of lower back pain and stomach pain?

Today's life and work bring us a lot of pressure. Often these pressures will affect our physical health and cause us some diseases without us realizing it. Some people have experienced this phenomenon, feeling pain in the lower abdomen and back pain at the same time. When this phenomenon occurs, we will feel very confused, not knowing what caused it or how to alleviate this situation.

The causes can be roughly divided into the following 6 categories:

1. Gastrointestinal disorders

(1) Gastric diseases: common in chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer, gastroptosis, gastric dilatation and pyloric obstruction, etc.

(3) Others: gastrointestinal neurosis.

2. Liver, gallbladder and pancreatic diseases such as acute and chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, chronic cholecystitis, cholelithiasis and pancreatitis.

3. Peritoneal diseases are common in acute peritonitis, tuberculous peritonitis, etc.

4. Cardiovascular diseases are common in heart failure, mesenteric arteriosclerosis, mesenteric artery infarction, etc. Angina pectoris and arrhythmias can also cause abdominal distension reflexively.

5. Acute infectious diseases such as sepsis, severe pneumonia and typhoid fever.

6. Other conditions may include postoperative intestinal paralysis, emphysema, asthma, hypokalemia, malabsorption syndrome, spinal cord lesions, drug reactions, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis, connective tissue diseases, and hypothyroidism.
