1. Zanzhu (Tianmen)

Location: A straight line from the middle of the eyebrows (Yintang) to the front hairline. Procedure: Push Zanzhu (open the Tianmen) and use the radial sides of both thumbs to push straight up alternately from bottom to top 20 to 50 times. Indications: headache, cold, fever, irritability, etc.

2. Eyebrow Arch (Kan Palace)

Location: From the eyebrow along the upper edge of the eyebrow arch to the tip of the eyebrow in a straight line. Procedure: Push the eyebrow arch, using the radial (inner) side of both thumbs to push from both eyebrows outwards 20-50 times. Indications: colds, headaches, dizziness, red and swollen eyes, fever, etc.

3. Sun area: between the tip of the eyebrow and the outer canthus of the eye, in the depression about 1 horizontal finger outward. Operation: 1. Move the sun: Use the tip of your thumb to rotate and rub the acupoint. Turning towards the eyes is tonifying; turning towards behind the ears is purging. 2. Push the sun: Use the tips of your thumbs to push straight from the temples toward the ears 20 to 50 times. Indications: headache, fever, anhidrosis, etc.

4. Philtrum: in the middle of the philtrum groove. Procedure: Pinch the Ren Zhong point 3-5 times with the thumb nail. Indications: convulsions, coma, etc.

5. The high bone area behind the ear : the depression below the protruding bone behind the ear. Procedure: Move the high bone behind the ear, press the acupoint with the middle finger or thumb and rub it 20-50 times. Indications: colds, headaches, irritability, convulsions, etc.

6. Baihui point: In the center of the top of the head, directly above the middle of the two ear tips. Procedure: 1. Pinch and rub Baihui: pinch the acupoint with your thumb nail and rotate and rub it. 2. Rub Baihui: Rub with your fingertips 100 to 300 times. Indications: convulsions, headache, rectal prolapse, enuresis, chronic diarrhea, indigestion, etc.

7. Fengchi | Location: At the lower edge of the occipital bone, in the depression in the center of the starting point of the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the trapezius muscle. Operation: 1. Pinch Fengchi: pinch with the nails of two thumbs or index fingers. 2. Press Fengchi: Press symmetrically with the thumb and index finger of one hand 3 to 5 times. Indications: cold, headache, stiff neck, dizziness.

8. Cervical vertebrae (Tianzhu bone) location: There is a straight line from Fengfu to Dazhui at the back of the neck. Operation: Push the cervical vertebrae (push the Tianzhu bone): Put your index finger and middle finger together and push straight down from Fengfu 100 to 500 times. Indications: nausea, vomiting, stiff neck, sore throat, convulsions, fever.

9. Location of Tanzhong point : between the two breasts. Operation: Push and rub Tanzhong: Use the radial side of both thumbs to push from Tanzhong point to the left and right, then use the tips of the index and middle fingers to push from under Tiantu point to the back, and then use the middle finger to press and rub for 30-60 times. Indications: chest tightness, asthma, cough, nausea, vomiting, etc. If you feel chest tightness, push upwards; if you feel shortness of breath or vomiting, push downwards.
