When dampness is heavy, what Chinese medicine can be used to regulate

According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the body will only be healthy when the yin and yang of the body are balanced. When the yin and yang of the body are out of balance, problems will arise. Some people will experience symptoms such as sore limbs, dizziness, lack of energy, and thick tongue coating when there is too much dampness in the body. At this time, you can drink some Chinese medicine for conditioning, so that your body will be healthy and your mind will be refreshed.

1. Dampness-removing drugs

It is suitable for symptoms of dampness invading the skin surface. It is characterized by aversion to cold and fever or low body temperature, heaviness and pain in the head and body, nasal congestion and runny nose, or loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, thin and greasy tongue coating, and weak pulse. What should we do when there is too much dampness in the body? Because dampness is a yin evil, it is stagnant and greasy in nature and extremely difficult to decompose. When dampness is on the surface, we cannot just use the method of sweating to relieve the surface, to prevent the dampness from being retained after sweating away. We cannot use the method of removing dampness to attack the interior, to prevent the evil from entering the interior. How to get rid of excessive dampness in the body? Only by promoting the circulation of qi and dispersing it can the dampness be eliminated. According to the difference between dampness with summer heat, heat and cold, it can be summarized into the following three categories of medicines:
