Is it good to sweat too much salt?

The human body has the function of sweating, and this is also a form of self-protection. Through sweating, toxic substances in the blood can be discharged from the body, making the body healthier. However, we know that sweat tastes a bit salty, which is why we need to replenish light salt water after sweating a lot. However, some people's sweat tastes particularly salty, which means that the salt content is also high. So is it good to sweat more salt?

Human sweat comes from body water. First, let's look at the types of water in the body, which involves analysis of the body's circulation: blood, cell fluid, and urine. When people drink water, part of the water passes through the small intestine and large intestine and enters the body's circulation. It is mainly carried to various parts of the human body through the blood. Part of it enters the bladder through the urinary system and is excreted from the body as urine; part of it is excreted from the body through sweat. Of course, a small amount also evaporates through human breathing. Blood exchanges with body fluids (cellular fluid and intercellular fluid) through capillaries, carrying away some impurities and unnecessary minerals. This exchange is mainly achieved through osmosis due to the different concentrations on both sides of the tube wall. The high concentration outputs solutes, such as salt, to the low concentration side, and outputs water in the opposite direction. Sweating too much salt is not a problem in itself. On the contrary, it shows that the body's metabolism is strong. What we need to examine is whether we eat too much salt in our daily lives, which results in the need to excrete more salt to maintain salt balance in the body.

It is good to sweat during exercise because sweat is inorganic salt and excreting it from the body can promote metabolism! Sweating is a good thing, just like the skin is breathing. If you sweat less, small white bumps will appear on your skin. It is normal to sweat during exercise!

Sweating can also remove toxic substances from your body, and it can also take away the heat from your body, so that your body can reach a balance. Of course, if you sweat a lot, you must remember to replenish water, mainly saline solution, because there is a lot of salt in sweat!

However, if you still sweat a lot while using air conditioning, it is considered as sweating, which is not good. Also, you should be aware that excessive sweating is a symptom of physical weakness. You should supplement more calcium to protect your joints from injury. Otherwise, excessive use of air conditioning can easily lead to osteoporosis.
