The ingredients of this old Chinese medicine prescription for treating headaches include Chuanxiong, Qianghuo, Duhuo, Saposhnikovia divaricata, Angelica dahurica, Asarum, Atractylodes macrocephala, Scutellaria baicalensis, Ophiopogon japonicus, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Chrysanthemum, Angelica sinensis, Vitex rotundus, and Centipede. The method of use is to boil the medicine in water and take the juice orally. One dose can be used per day. Continuous use of 7 doses constitutes a course of treatment. It can clear the meridians and relieve pain, dispel wind and heat, calm the liver and extinguish wind. It can be used to treat headache symptoms caused by wind and fire disturbing the clear orifices and the suppression of Qingyang. Most patients can be cured after taking 2-3 courses of treatment.

2. Polygala and Jujube Soup: The ingredients of this old Chinese medicine recipe mainly include Polygala and jujube. Usage: Add appropriate amount of jujube when decocting Polygala every day, and take it after decocting like Chinese medicine. Decoction and take once in the morning and evening every day. You can eat the jujube when taking the medicine at night. It can effectively treat the symptoms of neuralgia.

3. Lily decoction with jujube kernels: The main ingredients of the medicine include fresh lily and sour jujube kernels. Usage: First wash the lily with cold water and soak it for 24 hours, then fry the jujube kernels, put them in a pot, add water and boil them until the residue is removed, then add the lily and cook together, and drink it in daily amount. It can assist in treating headache symptoms caused by insomnia.

4. Tianma Uncaria Drink: The ingredients of the recipe include Tianma, Uncaria, stir-fried Gardenia, Scutellaria, Achyranthes, Eucommia, Polygonum multiflorum, Semen Cassiae, Leonurus, Parasitic Plant, and Poria. This recipe can treat symptoms such as headache, dizziness, and head swelling caused by high blood pressure.
