Therefore, at this time, we must pay attention to eating less but better, and we must strengthen nutrition. For example, you can give the patient some whitebait and tofu soup, chicken stewed with soft-shelled turtle, etc.

1. Chicken stewed with turtle

First, cut off the claws of the chicken and clean it. Then kill the turtle, wash it, cool it in clean water, put it in a steaming plate, put a little mushroom shreds and winter bamboo shoots slices inside the turtle's body, close the shell, lay the skirt, and put it in the casserole of the steamer. Pour in fresh soup (or chicken soup), add scallion segments, ginger slices, Shaoxing wine, and fine salt, put into the steamer, steam until cooked, remove the scallion and ginger, add MSG and five-spice powder, and evenly place the remaining ingredients around, then steam for another 2 minutes. This dish is suitable for people who have insufficient qi and blood and weak constitution after stomach surgery.

2. Whitebait and Tofu Soup

30 grams of whitebait, 1 piece of tofu, and an appropriate amount of minced meat, cook the three ingredients together into tofu soup, one dose per day.

3. Shouwu Congee

50g Polygonum multiflorum, 20 jujubes, and 100g polished rice. Remove the core of the jujube and wash it, boil the Polygonum multiflorum in water to extract the juice; add it with rice and cook into porridge. Take 1 dose daily, morning and evening.

4. Job's tears porridge

Add 20g Job's tears, 30g glutinous rice or japonica rice, and half a spoon of white sugar. Wash Job's tears and glutinous rice, put into a pot with 2 large bowls of cold water, cook on medium heat for half an hour, remove from heat and eat while warm, once a day (add sugar if you like sweet food, eat as a side dish if you like light food). Eating this porridge regularly after gastric surgery can reduce the chance of recurrence.

5. Silver Carp Head Soup

If you are cooking silver carp head, you must cook it thoroughly before eating. Before cooking, wash the fish head and soak it in light salt water for a while to remove the earthy smell. Then add some tofu and other ingredients, add appropriate amount of salt to taste after cooking for about half an hour, add various auxiliary ingredients, and finally simmer for a while over low heat.

6. Steamed sea bass

Wash the fresh sea bass and spread salt on it; put a few slices of scallion and ginger under the plate, put the fish on it, and put two slices of ginger in the fish belly and body; steam for eight minutes; after taking it out of the pan, drizzle some steamed fish soy sauce on it, sprinkle some scallion shreds, heat the pan and add oil, and drizzle it on top.
