What is high in fat?

Many foods in our daily diet have a relatively high fat content, which means that these foods are high in calories. If you eat too much, it will not only easily lead to obesity problems, but more importantly, it is very harmful to your health. Therefore, you must understand this type of food and eat less of it in your daily life. This way you can meet your health requirements. For example, pizza, hamburgers, fatty meat, chocolate, etc. are all foods with a relatively high fat content.

What is high in fat?

1. Pizza:

Pizza is pure junk food that is both delicious and filling. A medium slice of pizza has 350 to 500 calories. Pizza dough is made from white flour, which is a refined flour that contains only calories and no other nutrients. The large amount of cheese on pizza is a dairy product that is high in saturated fat and rich in protein, but it just provides more calories. In addition, the pancakes are often topped with extra garnishes such as curd, chicken or cheese, which increases the saturated fat content. 2. Hamburger

In India, burgers are often filled with vegetables and chicken patties or fried potato patties. The patties stuffed into burgers are deep-fried and generally high in saturated and trans fats. Another version of the Indian vegetarian burger is called the vada burger, which is also made of deep-fried potato cakes dipped in batter.

3. Meat and meat products:

There are many varieties of meat, such as beef, lamb, pork, duck, chicken, fish and eggs. All of these meats contain a lot of fat, but fish and chicken are relatively healthier. Any pork and beef product contains at least 20-30% saturated fat (bad fat). 4. Milk Chocolate

Chocolate is a high-calorie substance, containing about 2,200 calories per 100 grams. About 60% of the fat in chocolate is saturated fat, and a chocolate bar contains about 8 grams of saturated fat. 5. Fried foods: The fats produced by these foods during the cooking process are directly stored in the human body and cause obesity. These fried snacks contain at least 13-19% saturated fat. 6. Candy:

Sweets generally contain ghee, paneer, cream, whole milk, maida (white flour), dalda (margarine) and butter, which are very rich in saturated fats. Sugar is an essential ingredient in many sweetened foods or processed foods. Sugar can increase the blood sugar level in the human body, be stored in the body in the form of glycogen, and then converted into fat. Sugar is more or less fried during its cooking process, and absorbs a lot of oil during the frying process. In addition, sugar itself is rich in milk fat, so sugar contains higher saturated fat after frying.

A high-fat diet can cause many types of cancer.

Some people like to eat sweets, some people like to eat fatty meat, there is nothing wrong with that. But if you consume too much sugar and fat, it is not good news for your body. Experts point out that excessive intake of starchy and sugary foods can easily lead to stomach cancer; excessive intake of high-fat foods such as fatty meat and oil can promote breast cancer, colon cancer, rectal cancer and pancreatic cancer. From the perspective of modern medicine, a regular high-fat diet can stimulate the liver to secrete more bile. After entering the intestines, the primary bile acid in the bile is converted into deoxycholic acid and lithocholic acid under the action of intestinal anaerobic bacteria. Both of these substances are carcinogens that can cause intestinal mucosal cancer. At the same time, fat can provide a suitable growth environment for a variety of tumors.
