What to do if there are fat particles on the belly

Fat particles appear on the abdomen. Generally speaking, they may be lipoma or fibroma, which are the most common ones. Of course, if there is swollen lymph nodes, such symptoms may also appear. When it cannot be diagnosed, you must go to the hospital for examination in time. You can do abdominal color ultrasound for diagnosis. We know that lipoma is relatively common in life. The best treatment method is surgical removal. If it is relatively small and does not affect the appearance and life, you don’t need to pay special attention to it.

How to treat lipoma faster

The only effective treatment is surgical resection. For those with multiple tumors (some patients may have more than a hundred), they can only choose to remove the ones that have the greatest impact and are most painful first. There is no cure yet. Some use liposuction, making a small incision in the skin and inserting a suction tube to remove larger lipomas or localized fat excess without leaving noticeable scars. Of course, this is also a local treatment. 1. Surgical resection of superficial lipoma may be considered if it affects function, labor and aesthetics. Preoperative preparation: Clean the local skin. Anesthesia: Local anesthesia is used. 2. Surgical steps: Cut the surface skin of the lipoma along the skin texture. Use curved hemostats to separate the tumor along the tumor capsule, and clamp and ligate all blood vessels seen. Lipomas are often multi-lobed and irregular in shape, and care should be taken to completely separate the lipoma tissue with the capsule. Use tissue forceps to lift the tumor, separate the base, and remove the tumor. After hemostasis, the incision was sutured in layers. Postoperative care: The incision dressing should be properly bandaged. The stitches are removed 6 to 7 days after surgery.

Treatment of fibroids

The tumor is not large, mostly located in the subcutaneous tissue, grows slowly, is hard, has a shiny surface, clear boundaries, no adhesion to the skin, and has a certain degree of mobility. The main approach is wide surgical resection. Radiotherapy and hormone application can inhibit tumor growth in individual cases, but it is generally believed that they cannot be used as the main treatment method. They can be used as palliative treatment for those who cannot undergo surgery. Surgical highlights: Although this disease has malignant biological behavior with multiple recurrences, extensive and thorough surgical resection can prevent recurrence. 1. Intraoperative frozen section examination Although most patients are diagnosed with this disease before surgery, the diagnosis is mainly confirmed based on intraoperative frozen sections. 2. Extensive resection is required. The resection range must have a certain width and depth. It should include 3 to 5 cm of normal skin, muscles, tendons and other tissues around the tumor and certain normal tissues deep inside. If the tumor invades the periosteum or peritoneum, it should be removed as well. If the tumor surrounds important blood vessels and nerves, sharp separation should be performed and vascular transplantation can be performed if necessary. Severely grasp the indications for amputation and hemipelvic amputation.

3. It is necessary to master the treatment method of tissue transplantation. Wide excision of tumors often causes local soft tissue defects and exposure of important tissues, and tissue transplantation must be used to repair the local area. On the contrary, only by mastering the therapeutic methods of tissue transplantation can we create conditions for radical cure of tumors through surgery.
