4. Provide essential fats

The brain tissue contains two kinds of unsaturated fatty acids. Deficiency will affect the baby's intellectual development. Since the body cannot synthesize them by itself, you should pay attention to getting them from food. When cooking for your baby, try to use vegetable oil and eat more foods rich in plant fats, such as walnut porridge, black sesame porridge, peanut porridge, fish head soup, scallop soup, roast quail or rabbit meat, etc.

The baby's poor resistance will be manifested in the following five aspects:
