8. Massage the abdomen to eliminate accumulation. Press the Ren meridian in the abdomen and the stomach meridians on both sides with your thumbs alternately. Rub the above areas from top to bottom with your palms overlapping; rub the abdomen in the shape of the navel with your palms.
