Physical health has always been an issue that people are most concerned about. People hope to have a healthy body, but some people may not be healthy. People’s unhealthy bodies are affected by certain factors. So what are the important factors that affect health? By understanding this issue, people can pay more attention to it in the future and have a healthier body. 1. Behavior and lifestyle factors refer to the adverse effects on health directly or indirectly caused by one's own bad behavior and lifestyle. For example, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, colon cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, obesity, sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS, mental illness, suicide, etc. are all related to behavior and lifestyle. (1) Behavior factor (behavior factor) Behavior is an important factor affecting health. Almost all the factors affecting health are related to behavior. For example, smoking is closely related to lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, ischemic heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases. Bad behaviors such as alcoholism, drug abuse, and extramarital sex also seriously endanger human health. ( 2) Lifestyle (life style) Due to lifestyle and bad behavior, chronic non-communicable diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, and AIDS have increased rapidly. In recent years, malignant tumors, cerebrovascular diseases and cardiovascular diseases have accounted for 61% of the total causes of death in China. According to a survey in the United States, as long as behavioral risk factors such as unreasonable diet, lack of physical exercise, smoking, alcoholism and drug abuse are effectively controlled, 40% to 70% of premature deaths, 1/3 of acute disabilities, and 2/3 of chronic disabilities can be reduced. 2. Environmental factors x0b emphasizes the unity of human body, natural environment and social environment, and emphasizes that health, environment and human development are inseparable. (1) Natural environment Maintaining harmony between natural environment and human beings is of great significance to maintaining and promoting health. If the harmony between human beings and nature is destroyed, human society will be retaliated by nature. (2) Social environment includes social system, law, economy, culture, education, population, ethnicity, occupation, etc. The social system determines the policies, laws and regulations related to health. 3. Biological factors x0b Heredity - According to a survey, the total incidence of birth defects in the country is 13.7%, of which 2 million people are severely mentally retarded each year. Heredity is also related to the occurrence of diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and tumors. 4. Health and medical services refer to the improvement of social health and medical facilities and systems. Among the four factors that affect health, environmental factors play an important role, followed by lifestyle and health services. Although hereditary factors have a smaller impact, once a genetic disease occurs, it is irreversible. These four factors are interdependent. |
