How to get rid of cold shoulders

The excessive coldness in the shoulders is caused by the cold shoulders, which mainly happens to friends who engage in physical labor. Since the shoulders are under long-term stress and stimulated by the cold air, the coldness in the shoulders will increase, causing shoulder soreness and muscle and bone pain. So if you want to remove the coldness in the shoulders, we can move the shoulders, or use hot compresses, or flush the shoulders with hot water to directly force out the cold.

The parts that get cold are usually the shoulders, and they are very sore. The body is not as flexible as normal, and it feels very uncomfortable as soon as you move. Generally in this situation, I would still choose to do some stretching exercises, stretch my muscles, and move my stiff muscles. Although it is painful, it can be relieved after doing the exercise.

But there are also some people who, after catching a cold, feel extreme pain in their shoulders and are really unable to move. If this happens, we can use hot compresses to relieve the pain. Put the towel in a basin. Make sure there is hot water in the basin. Do not wring the towel too dry. Apply it directly on your shoulders. It is best to change the hot water several times, so that you can feel more comfortable. However, this requires help from someone at home to accomplish.

If you don't have anyone to help you, go to the bathroom and take a hot shower, using plenty of hot water on your shoulders. It can also have good effects.

Some people who want quick results may choose cupping to absorb the cold air. The cold is severe and the skin turns purple after cupping. In fact, this effect is only average, and it cannot be completely cured quickly. You still need to pay more attention to keeping warm in daily life.

In addition to cupping, you can also do some electrotherapy. Or you can go to a special massage shop to get a massage and try to stretch out your stiff muscles and move freely. But don't rush it.

Generally speaking, cold shoulders have a cycle. Even if you use the above method, it will not heal completely immediately. It usually takes at least 2-3 days to heal, and at most a week. The key is to exercise well and take care of your body.
