7. Hands up: Raise your hands above your head, palms facing up, and look up at the back of your hands for 5 seconds

Treatments include massage, traction, acupuncture, etc., as well as blood-activating and muscle-relaxing ointments, cervical vertebrae Fangshiyi patches and traditional Chinese medicine treatments. What is important for cervical spondylosis is daily care, such as posture adjustment, neck exercises, local massage, adjusting sleeping position and pillow, and strengthening muscle exercises. If you sit in front of the computer for a long time, you should do head-up exercises regularly and move your neck frequently to strengthen the neck and back muscles, thereby reducing the risk of cervical spondylosis.
