Six months pregnant, vaginal pain

Vulvar pain and swelling in the six-month pregnancy is usually a normal physiological reaction after pregnancy. It is related to the enlargement of the uterus. It is mainly because the uterus compresses the sacrum. The perineum usually has obvious symptoms of congestion and swelling, but it is necessary to determine whether there is an inflammatory reaction in the perineum.

The second trimester is about six months of pregnancy. During this period, the fetus has grown significantly, and the uterus will also slowly grow larger, which usually leads to compression of the sacrum and lumbar spine. Symptoms of low back and knee weakness and sacrum pain usually occur. The nerves in the perineum are also particularly sensitive, and there will be pain when there is obvious congestion and swelling, especially when standing for a long time.

The body will experience many uncomfortable symptoms in the middle of pregnancy, which are mainly affected by the hormone levels in the body. As the uterus grows, the abdomen will usually bulge forward, and the nerves will also have symptoms of compression. When you are overworked, it may cause obvious pain, which can mostly be relieved after proper rest.

Vulvar swelling and pain may also be pathological, such as symptoms of urinary tract infection. This is mainly due to a significant decrease in resistance during pregnancy, or lack of attention to private hygiene. Generally, appropriate anti-inflammatory drugs are required for treatment, but medications must be used with caution during pregnancy and the doctor's orders must be followed to avoid affecting the normal development of the fetus.
