Is the Traditional Chinese Medicine Sanfutie effective?

Sanfutie has certain effects. It can improve physical weakness very well and has a very good improvement effect on respiratory diseases. Moreover, Sanfutie is absorbed through the pores of the skin and will not undergo gastrointestinal metabolism, which has little harm to the human body and has relatively small side effects.

After applying the Sanfu plaster, you should stop using air conditioning to prevent the skin from shrinking and affecting the absorption of the therapeutic drugs. In addition, you should avoid eating cold food or greasy and irritating foods to prevent affecting the therapeutic effect.

Sanfutie, also known as Sanfutianjiu, is a Chinese medicine treatment method that originated in the Qing Dynasty. It is based on the basic principle of "treating winter diseases in summer" and uses Chinese medicinal materials to apply on special acupuncture points during the three hottest days of the year ("Sanfutian") to treat diseases that occur in autumn and winter. The ointment for patch therapy is the size of an ATM card and is usually used in a group of four. For different symptoms, four pieces of ointment are usually applied to different parts of the back together and can be torn off after eight hours.

The three hottest days of summer are calculated according to the lunar calendar. The third Geng day after the Lesser Heat is the First Fu, the fourth Geng day (ten days later) is the Middle Fu, and the fifth Geng day (ten days later) is the Last Fu. These are the hottest days of the year, when the body's qi and blood are more abundant. When carrying out the Sanfu days of moxibustion, the use of pungent and warm Chinese medicinal materials for external application, such as ginger slices, white mustard seeds, blood clotting, and asarum, are applied to specific acupuncture points on the body to prevent allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, asthma, cough, chronic bronchitis and other diseases that occur in autumn and winter.

First, the acupoint effect: using the patch therapy to stimulate the epidermal acupoints, through the transmission and regulation of the meridians, it can correct the imbalance of yang and yin of the five internal organs, improve the circulation of blood and qi in the meridians, and have a good and gentle therapeutic and regulating effect on the endocrine system and pathological conditions of the five internal organs, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening the skin, detoxifying the surface, unblocking the internal organs with meridians, warding off evil with acupoints, and nourishing blood and strengthening the body.

The second is the medicinal effect: the therapeutic drug is directly applied on the epidermal acupuncture points, and the medicinal effect penetrates into the subcutaneous tissue through the skin and kidneys, on the one hand causing a relative advantage in the concentration of therapeutic drugs in the part; on the other hand, it can operate through the entire line of the meridians, directly reaching the diseased areas where the internal organs are unbalanced and the meridian qi is unbalanced, giving full play to the "meridian" and efficacy of the therapeutic drug, and thus giving full play to the greater systemic pharmacological effect.
