How to treat social disorders

Social disorder refers to the condition in which patients are often unwilling to stay in crowds, are afraid of loneliness in interpersonal relationships, do not love their careers and lives, and are even relatively withdrawn and have no relevant friends. This social disorder can have a great impact on a person's life and work, and may even affect normal people in society, so you need to pay attention to it in normal times.

Treatment method 1: Through personality testing, you can deeply understand your own personality "self", understand which characteristics of your personality are more likely to suffer from social phobia, analyze the root causes of your social phobia, discover its root causes, and thus find the most effective targeted treatment method. The second method is to engage in a career that suits your personality, and avoid jobs that are contrary to your personality and require you to overcome great psychological pressure, which may easily lead to social barriers.

Method 3 Effective psychotherapy, such as:

1. Hypnosis therapy: The psychoanalyst will hypnotize you and dig deep into your mind or memory to see if you have experienced some embarrassing events, trying to find the root cause of your illness. That is to use hypnosis to guide you into a hypnotic state, communicate directly with your subconscious mind, understand the repressed emotions in your subconscious mind and their impact on you, give positive suggestions, and combine other psychological techniques to solve the problem. This treatment takes a long time and is relatively expensive.

2. Psychoanalytic therapy: Through free association and dream analysis, it mainly focuses on whether you have had traumatic experiences in childhood and the impact of trauma on your symptoms, allowing subconscious things to appear in consciousness, venting repressed and accumulated emotions, and guiding them at the subconscious level.

3. Behavioral therapy: Use methods such as systematic desensitization, flooding therapy, token therapy, etc. to resolve your inner anxiety and fear, while helping you develop appropriate behaviors to cope with life and work, and to deal with interpersonal relationships well, shaping from the behavioral level to help you better adapt to society and life.

4. Forced therapy: The doctor makes you stand on a busy street, or in front of the opposite sex you are very afraid of, using huge psychological stimulation to force you to undergo treatment.

5. Situational therapy: Let you constantly simulate the scenes of social phobia in an imaginary space and practice repeating the symptoms. The psychoanalyst will constantly encourage you to face this scene and let you adapt to this anxiety-producing environment through imagination.

6. Cognitive therapy: Understand your irrational cognitive patterns and the circumstances under which irrational cognition occurs, and then use cognitive therapy methods for targeted consultation to re-establish new cognitive patterns (including rational emotive therapy and Beck cognitive therapy). This is a therapy that constantly indoctrinates people. The doctor keeps telling you that this fear is abnormal, and helps you to correctly understand the process of interpersonal communication and teaches you some methods of communicating with others.

7. Group therapy: Use the energy field of the group to build an atmosphere of love and trust with the support and help of the group, share each other's emotions and problems, and with the help of collective wisdom, overcome the troubles of social phobia together in the group.

8. Drug therapy: This is currently considered to be the most effective treatment method. The main reason for your illness is that it is caused by an imbalance of certain chemicals in your body, so certain types of drugs are used to regulate the balance.
