Both orientation and comprehension are reduced, the concepts of time, place, and people are confused, simple calculations cannot be completed, speech is unclear, writing is difficult, and behavior is abnormal. They often have sleep disorder, sleeping during the day and waking at night, hallucinations, fear, and mania, and are often regarded as general mental illness. 3. Stage three (also called the comatose stage): the patient is mainly comatose and mentally confused, spending most of the time in a coma but able to wake up late. When awake, he can respond to questions but often has confusion and hallucinations.

4. Stage 4 (also called coma): complete loss of consciousness and inability to be awakened. In a light coma, the patient still responds to painful stimuli and uncomfortable positions. During physical examination, various reflexes disappear, muscle tension decreases, pupils are often dilated, and the EEG is obviously abnormal.
