2. "YV" suture method

After suturing, the wound will be in a horizontal "V" shape.

3. Blair-Brown method

Suitable for patients with larger epicanthus. The method is to make an incision at the medial canthus, peel it into two triangular skin flaps, deep to the medial canthal ligament, suture the medial canthal ligament toward the nose, pull the tips of the two flaps toward the nose, suture them at the top of the transverse incision, and finally suture the edges of the skin wound in turn to form an "∈" shape.

4. Hiraga Method

Suitable for patients with epicanthus. The method is to make a “>” shaped incision at the medial canthus, peel off the skin flap, fix a stitch at the medial canthus, and loosen the skin. The protruding skin above and below the canthus is removed and then sutured into a "<" shape.

5. "Z" Plasty

Suitable for all patients with epicanthus. The method is to make a "Z"-shaped incision at the inner canthus, peel off the subcutaneous tissue around the incision, make two triangular skin flaps, exchange the positions of the two skin flaps, and then suture the edges of the skin wound. 7. Speat flap correction
