Under the microscope, the epidermis showed diffuse parakeratosis and papilloma-like hyperplasia, with obvious hypertrophy of prickle cells, vacuolated cells, dilated capillaries in the superficial dermis and chronic inflammatory cell infiltration.

4. Genital warts occur in the urethra. Frequent urination, urgency, pain, and changes in the urine flow curve may also occur. If the urethral lesions seriously involve the bladder, bilateral ureteral obstruction may occur, causing hydronephrosis, renal infection, and renal insufficiency. If the damage spreads to the pelvis, it may cause intestinal obstruction and lower limb edema.
