In addition, certain techniques can also be used to give hints to relieve insomnia.

What to do if you can't sleep all night

1. First lie on the bed, stretch your limbs into a "big" shape, and completely relax your whole body, including your muscles and mind. 2. Close your eyes and focus your mind on the Yintang point between your eyebrows. Recite in your mind (i.e. think, imagine) "My head is heavy and completely relaxed". You can experience the feeling of relaxation. The same applies below.

3. After a few seconds, pay attention to shifting your thoughts to your right hand, and silently say to yourself, "My right hand has sunk and is completely relaxed." 4. Then focus your mind on your right foot and say to yourself, “My right foot has sunk and is completely relaxed.” 5. Then turn your mind to the right side and silently say “My left foot has sunk and is completely relaxed”, and then “My left hand has sunk and is completely relaxed”. 6. After completing one circle, return to your head and start again.

The dangers of sleep disorders

Insomnia reduces work ability and work efficiency. In short, sleep disorders can have many negative impacts on people's health and normal life, which cannot be ignored.
