Symptoms of lack of exercise

Symptoms of lack of exercise

Many people don't like to exercise in their lives. Because of busy and stressful work, I often stay up late to work overtime. I have no idea about exercising. If you don’t exercise, you will be more likely to develop various disease symptoms because your body’s resistance will be low and your immunity will also decrease. If you have symptoms of a cold or fever, it will be difficult to get over it, so if you lack exercise, your body will definitely not be healthy. So what are the symptoms of lack of exercise?

1. Muscle atrophy 1-2%

If a part of the body is not moved for a long time, the muscles will atrophy. We have all seen many people sitting in wheelchairs. Over time, their legs become thinner and thinner. This is muscle atrophy. If a person lacks exercise for a long time, his muscles will shrink by 1%-2%, which is very serious and scary.

2. Urethritis and kidney stones

If you think muscle atrophy is not serious enough, take a look at this: it may cause kidney stones. Due to long-term lack of exercise, calcium will be precipitated from the bones into the blood and then into the urine. Therefore, just supplementing calcium without exercising will increase the occurrence of stones!

3. Decreased cardiopulmonary function and difficulty breathing

Lack of exercise for a long time will lead to a decline in cardiopulmonary function, resulting in difficulty breathing and even more serious cardiopulmonary problems.

4. Losing one-eighth of your power

If you don’t exercise for a long time, your muscles will become weak, “loose”, more tired, and lose one-eighth of their original strength.

5. Affects the secretion of male hormones

For men, the impact on testosterone is a very big thing. For example, the reduction of testosterone may make you become "feminine"...

6. Calcium loss

One obvious result of not exercising is that your bones become increasingly fragile. Even if you supplement calcium, it will not help strengthen your bones if you don't exercise.

7. Poor blood circulation

If you don't exercise for a long time, your blood circulation will not be smooth. If you stay together for a long time, it may cause skin ulcers and inflammation.
