There are many sebaceous glands in the skin near the coronal sulcus, which secrete a smelly secretion that is yellow-white and muddy, called "smegma".

2. The foreskin’s own secretions contain bactericidal ingredients, but due to the moist and warm environment of the foreskin cavity, bacteria can multiply more easily here. This is a question of balance. If the growth of bacteria exceeds the self-cleaning function of the foreskin, then foreskin inflammation may occur. In addition, as mentioned above, there are many secretory glands on the inner wall of the foreskin, and the secretions can act as a lubricant. The accumulation of secretions and the inability to be cleaned and removed normally will also be conducive to the reproduction of bacteria and cause foreskin inflammation.

3. It is recommended to pay attention to the cleanliness of the glans area, and then take a shower. If necessary, circumcision can be performed. After the operation, it can effectively prevent odor and infection, and can also improve the quality of sex life. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water, and avoid spicy and irritating foods. Maintain personal hygiene, exercise appropriately, keep a good mood, and have a regular diet and daily life.
