What to do if there is a calcium ring on the baby's head

If there is a calcium ring on the baby's head, it means that the baby is calcium deficient, which worries some parents. Because the calcium ring on the baby's head not only reminds parents that there is something wrong with the baby's body, but what is more worrying is that the area where the calcium ring is located is ugly. Many parents worry that the baby will not grow hair in that area, which will affect the baby in the future. Therefore, parents, if you find calcium rings on your baby’s head, it is necessary to master these methods.

1. First of all, if you are deficient in calcium, we have many foods to supplement it, such as milk and tofu. However, milk has been demonized by some of our Chinese medicine practitioners. It is said that milk is a cold substance and is for cows to drink, not for humans. Therefore, some people do not recommend it for babies.

2. Let's talk about how to use the egg shells. Take three or five egg shells, fry them until they turn yellow, grind them into powder, and use bitter wine, which is vinegar. The ancients called vinegar "bitter wine." After sealing it, let it soak for about three to five days. What proportion? According to the ancients' ratio, he needs three to five egg shells and seven cups of bitter wine. Our current ratio is 100 milliliters to 10 grams of eggshell. After soaking, you can use this vinegar for your baby, cook with it, add a little to complementary food, or just drink a little. More than 90% of eggshells are calcium carbonate. Vinegar can promote the secretion of gastric juice.

If the child also has symptoms such as excessive sweating at night, night terrors, and irritability; in severe cases, the child may also have a height that is less than the standard for a 3-year-old child and a special gait, such as duck steps. If the child has these symptoms, it is very likely that the child is lacking in vitamin D. It may also be caused by the child's lack of calcium in minerals. Assuming that neither of these two reasons is the case, it may be that the child’s sleeping environment causes poor sleep and excessive tossing and turning. It is recommended to go to the hospital for a detailed examination to find out the cause before solving the problem. Let your children do more outdoor activities and get more exposure to sunlight. This will help convert vitamin D in the body. You can also add animal liver, egg yolks and lean meat to their diet to supplement vitamin D. If the child is calcium deficient, you can let him/her eat more milk, beans, milk and bean products, and seafood to supplement calcium.
