What causes throbbing pain in the lower abdomen

Pain is a sign of illness. I believe many people experience throbbing pain in the lower abdomen, but many people don’t know what causes it. When this happens, most people will use painkillers to suppress the pain, which is not good for our body. In order to better protect our body, we need to strengthen our awareness of disease prevention. So what is the cause of lower abdominal pain?

Generally, abdominal palpitations are caused by the following reasons:

1The beating of the abdominal aorta. The abdominal aorta is the continuation of the aorta in the abdomen. It is the largest artery in the human body and is mainly responsible for the blood supply to the abdominal viscera and abdominal wall. It's just that if you lie flat, you will feel the beating more obviously.

2 The body is stimulated by external stimuli. If it is not like the beating of a pulse, but a few beats of "thump, thump---" and then disappears, and then reappears after a while or at a certain time, then it may be a "spasm" of the thoracic and abdominal diaphragm or stomach wall muscles due to some kind of stimulation (cold, heat, food, etc.).

3 The fat on the belly will also jump. This is because nerve cells frequently send nerve impulses to muscles, causing the muscles to twitch. Fatigue can also cause mild muscle cramps, which will go away once the fatigue is relieved.

One is the phenomenon caused by accelerated intestinal peristalsis; the other is caused by the pulsation of abdominal blood vessels, which is mostly related to vascular factors.

Relax and rest mentally and physically. Adequate intake of vitamins E, C, B6, carotene, selenium and zinc can reduce the occurrence of this benign meat tadpole. In addition, eating spices rich in the above antioxidants and foods such as tomatoes, blueberries, seaweed, cabbage, kale, broccoli, grapefruit, onions, spinach, hawthorn, etc. will help reduce meat tadpole.

Abdominal pain is the most common symptom. The characteristic of abdominal pain in appendicitis is migratory abdominal pain, that is, the pain starts around the navel in the upper abdomen, and after a few hours or half a day, the abdominal pain moves to the lower right abdomen. The pain is usually persistent and may worsen in intermittent periods. The children often lie on their side with their right legs bent and dare not walk with their backs straight. Infants often express abdominal pain by crying in paroxysms. The children often stay in bed and dare not move or groan and refuse to eat.
