Massage can be used to improve the condition. Proper neck exercises will effectively relieve the feeling of discomfort. 3. Patients must pay attention to the combination of work and rest when working. After working for about an hour, they should stand up and move their cervical spine and body, look at something in the distance, or get up to drink a glass of water. These will effectively prevent the aggravation of cervical spondylosis and avoid maintaining the same posture for a long time. It is better to change the posture more often, and it is not allowed to lie half-lying for a long time.
