1. Head massage: To promote blood circulation, new mothers can make soft fists with their hands and tap their heads lightly; then open their fists and gently pat their heads with their palms.

2. Arm massage: Stretch out your right hand, relax your wrist, gently pinch the left arm muscles with your fingers, and slowly move down to the left wrist; then stretch out your left hand, repeat the same action, pinching the right arm muscles.

3. Leg massage: Lift your left leg slightly, tap your thigh and buttocks with a soft fist, then relax your wrist and gently tap your knees to calves. Repeat the same movement, tapping your right leg.

4. Massage your feet: Use your thumb to press tightly on the center of the sole of the foot below the arch for about 5-10 seconds, and then alternate between the two feet and press several times.
