Gargle 4-5 times a day. You can gargle with borax solution or 1% hydrogen peroxide solution. Clean your mouth after meals to remove retained food debris to keep the area clean.

Recovery Care

One or two days after surgery, patients should reduce talking and swallowing, and avoid coughing and other strenuous activities.
