Symptoms of enuresis in babies

Symptoms of enuresis in babies

There are many reasons for babies to wet the bed. When babies drink too much water, they are prone to bedwetting, or when babies are drowsy and cannot control their urge to urinate. At this time, parents need to remind their children, wake them up at night, and develop good urination habits, so that babies will not easily wet the bed. When the baby wets the bed, parents must not scold the baby.

1. Children sweat very easily in daily life, especially at night when sleeping. They often sleep in crawling or curled up positions. Their tempers are relatively strange, introverted, timid and fearful, which worsens in winter or rainy days.

2. The proportion of bedwetting among boys and girls is also different. Especially after the age of seven, the proportion of enuresis among boys is higher than that among girls. When they reach the age of eleven, the proportion of bedwetting among boys is twice as high as that of girls.

3. Bed-wetting symptoms also occur during naps. This happens almost every day during naps and is quite difficult to overcome. Children's stress caused by their parents' attention and scolding can easily become more and more serious, and may even develop a vicious cycle. What needs to be noted is that this kind of phenomenon often becomes a problem in full-time kindergarten care.

4. Symptoms during sleep include drowsiness, difficulty in waking up, and bed-wetting without awareness after waking up. It often manifests itself as bedwetting after going to bed for a while. After falling asleep, you will urinate unconsciously and involuntarily, often at a relatively fixed time during the night. The most obvious manifestation is that bedwetting occurs more often in the first half of the night, sometimes several times a night, even during naps, and can last for several years.
