Symptoms of reflux gastritis

It may be accompanied by abdominal distension, belching, heartburn, acid reflux, nausea, vomiting, intestinal rumbling, difficulty in defecation, loss of appetite and weight loss. In severe cases, there may also be gastric bleeding, manifested as vomiting blood or black stools (tarry stools) and a positive fecal occult blood test.
