Men cannot ejaculate sperm during intercourse

To judge whether a man is fertile, we need to see whether his sperm quality is up to standard. Normal couples need to have sex, and sex is also the best way to meet the physiological needs of both couples. And the harmony of husband and wife life also determines the relationship between husband and wife. Many divorce cases are caused by the disharmony of husband and wife life. But what if a man cannot ejaculate sperm during intercourse?

1. Why do men not ejaculate?

Patients may experience nocturnal emission during sleep, and sometimes ejaculate through masturbation. In most cases, sexual intercourse ends with flaccidity after a certain period of time. Some men can maintain an erection for a long time but still cannot ejaculate. The reason is often due to lack of sexual knowledge, insufficient stimulation of the glans penis, and failure to reach the amount of stimulation required for the ejaculation reflex.

Psychogenic anejaculation accounts for about 90% of anejaculation, and the other 10% is caused by certain diseases of the urinary, reproductive and other systems. The causes of anejaculation caused by organic diseases include peripheral neuropathy caused by diabetes, spinal cord injury, pelvic fracture and posterior urethra injury. Many drugs, such as chlorpromazine for the treatment of mental illness and guanethidine for the antihypertensive drug, can cause anejaculation.

Sometimes, congenital testicular hypoplasia or acquired atrophy, vas atresia and ligation, inflammation, stones, stenosis of the epididymis, seminal vesicle, and prostate, inflammation, stones, adhesions of the posterior urethra and spermatorrhea can all cause anejaculation or difficulty in ejaculation. The treatment of anejaculation should include targeted sex education and psychological therapy. Caused by organic diseases

, the primary disease should be treated actively. Patients must go to a regular hospital's sexual function department for timely examination and treatment of the disease.

2. Can anejaculation be cured?

Anejaculation is more difficult to treat than rapid ejaculation and the cycle is relatively longer. However, most cases of anejaculation can be cured. During treatment, the patient must first have confidence and be able to persist in the treatment to achieve good results. There are several ways to treat male infertility.

1. Psychological and sex education treatment. This treatment should be initiated for patients with functional anejaculation. By eliminating the misconceptions about sex between men and women and promoting harmony in the relationship between husband and wife, and by the cooperation of both parties, the anxiety of men during sexual intercourse can be calmed, and sexual intercourse can be performed in a completely relaxed and passionate manner. At the same time, the stimulation of the male genitals is strengthened to achieve the purpose of treatment.

2. Sexual behavior therapy. Through sexual concentration training, the patient's sexual response ability can be improved, the penis can be stimulated more strongly before sexual intercourse, men can masturbate in advance, and the frequency of sexual intercourse can be adjusted appropriately. During the process, male ejaculation can be induced by changing body positions multiple times.

3. Drug treatment. There are not many types of drugs for treating anejaculation, but there are many controversies. People with certain cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and patients with hyperthyroidism are not suitable for the use of drugs to treat anejaculation.

4. Physical therapy. This method uses mechanical and electric shock stimulation to make men ejaculate, which is a relatively effective treatment method.

5. Surgical treatment. If the penis has certain diseases and cannot ejaculate, surgical treatment can be used to help it ejaculate.

6. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The method of traditional Chinese medicine plus acupuncture is currently used as an auxiliary treatment in clinical practice.
