Premonitions of sudden myocardial infarction

Premonitions of sudden myocardial infarction

Many people around us have found that more and more people are suffering from myocardial infarction, and even some people who are not very old may suffer from myocardial infarction. This disease has even become the number one killer that endangers life. Therefore, everyone must understand the relevant content of myocardial infarction, and pay attention to the precursors of sudden myocardial infarction, such as sudden obvious angina pectoris or nausea, vomiting and other symptoms. At this time, you must be vigilant.

Precursors of myocardial infarction:

1. Sudden and significant worsening of angina pectoris;

2. The nature of angina pectoris has changed compared to the past or it is difficult to relieve with nitroglycerin;

3. Pain accompanied by nausea, vomiting, sweating or obvious bradycardia;

4. Heart failure occurs during angina attacks and worsens the condition;

5. The electrocardiogram shows a temporary rise or significant depression of the ST segment, an inverted or high-peaked T wave, or accompanied by arrhythmia;

6. Elderly patients with coronary heart disease may suddenly experience unexplained arrhythmia, heart failure, shock, dyspnea or syncope.

Warm reminder: Knowing the signs of myocardial infarction, everyone should pay more attention to observe the changes in their own body in life; once the above symptoms appear, go to the hospital for treatment in time, otherwise the consequences will be disastrous.

First aid for myocardial infarction

When an acute myocardial infarction occurs, you should immediately stop all activities, rest in bed, minimize excitement, and keep the room quiet to avoid stimulating the patient and worsening the condition. Immediately take one tablet of nitroglycerin or 5-10 quick-acting heart-saving pills sublingually. If the patient is found to have a weak pulse, cold limbs, and apathetic expression, shock may occur. The patient's head should be gently lowered and the feet raised to increase the amount of blood returning to the heart. If the patient has shortness of breath, spits out a large amount of foamy sputum, or is too obese, it is forbidden to lower the head and raise the feet to avoid aggravating chest tightness. The patient can be placed in a semi-recumbent position to reduce the burden on the heart, and the patient can be asked to take drugs such as nitroglycerin, isopropylamine, aspirin, etc. sublingually.

1. When myocardial infarction occurs acutely, the patient should stay in bed and rest absolutely. Provide first aid on the spot, loosen the collar, keep the room quiet and well ventilated, and do not help the patient to walk or move around to avoid aggravating the condition. If conditions permit, give oxygen immediately.

2. Take 0.3-0.6 mg of nitroglycerin tablets sublingually, or take one pill of Xiaoxintong/Guanxin Suhe Pills, or 10 pills of Suxiao Jiuxin Pills sublingually. If conditions permit, inject 50-100 mg of pethidine intramuscularly to relieve pain, and call the emergency center immediately.

3. If the patient goes into shock, the patient's head should be lowered and the feet slightly raised to increase blood flow to the head. When you feel irritable and restless, you can take sedatives and analgesics such as diazepam. Do not give food for the time being, drink less water, and keep warm.

4. If the patient suddenly loses consciousness or has a pulse, artificial respiration and chest compressions should be performed immediately. After the patient's condition improves and stabilizes, the patient should be safely transferred to the hospital for treatment.

When angina pectoris occurs, there is often short-term or long-term pain behind the sternum or in the precordial area, often accompanied by sweating and irritability.

After a myocardial infarction, you should lie flat on the ground or in bed, do not turn over or walk around. Loosen your collar and belt to keep warm.
