Bleeding when pooping

Bleeding when defecating is a common symptom of bloody stool. There are many causes of bloody stool. In daily life, it is mainly caused by some lesions of the digestive tract. Blood is discharged from the anus. In daily life, it is mainly caused by some lesions of the lower digestive tract. At the same time, the symptoms in daily life are only a small amount of bleeding, dizziness, cold sweat, pale skin, but it must be treated in time.

In daily life, blood in the stool will stop on its own during the recovery process at a normal level. There are many reasons for blood in the stool in daily life, mainly due to inflammatory ulcers, some common inflammatory diseases of the intestine, some colon inflammation, colitis and some other types of intestinal diseases.

1. Inflammatory and ulcerative factors? When the mucosa of the lower digestive tract becomes inflamed or ulcerated, blood in the stool may occur due to mucosal congestion, edema and ulcer formation. When the inflammation or ulcer erodes the blood vessels or the vascular permeability increases and small blood vessels rupture, blood in the stool may occur. Common diseases include:

(1) Intestinal infectious diseases: Common ones include bacillary dysentery, amoebic dysentery, fungal enteritis, pseudomembranous enteritis, small intestinal tuberculosis, colonic tuberculosis, small intestinal hookworm infection, colonic schistosomiasis, hemorrhagic necrotizing enteritis, etc.

(2) Inflammatory bowel disease: such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.

(3) Radiation-induced colon and proctitis: This is usually caused by damage to the local intestinal mucosa after radiotherapy for pelvic malignant lesions, leading to bleeding, which is often manifested as repeated, small amounts of blood in the stool.

(4) Ischemic colitis: It is more common in elderly patients with arteriosclerosis. It is caused by obstruction of mesenteric blood flow, which leads to ischemia and ulceration of the intestinal mucosa. The lesions are most common in the colon, and the clinical manifestations are dark red or bright red bloody stools after severe abdominal pain.

(5) Behcet's disease: The etiology of this disease is unknown. It is generally believed that it is caused by immune vasculitis that causes vascular occlusion, leading to intestinal blood supply obstruction and causing ulcerative lesions. Some scholars also believe that this disease is related to infection or genetics. Ulcers are most common in the ileocecal region and are prone to bleeding.

The above are the common symptoms of bleeding when defecating. The diagnosis of diseases in life is also critical. It is mainly caused by some hemorrhoids, anal fissures and some dysentery, so there are many methods of inspection and diagnosis in daily life. It is mainly caused by some anal canal and anorectal diseases of the lower digestive tract, so it must be treated in time to avoid causing other types of diseases.
