Health regimen for qi stagnation constitution

What is "Qi Yu"?

The Qi of the human body is the foundation and driving force of human life movement. The human body's qi, in addition to being related to innate endowment, acquired environment, and dietary nutrition, is also closely related to the physiological functions of the kidneys, spleen, stomach, and lungs. Therefore, all kinds of physiological activities of the body are actually the concrete manifestations of the movement of Qi in the human body. When Qi cannot be released externally and gathers inside, it forms "Qi stagnation". Qi stagnation is mostly caused by depression, irritability and bad mood. Long-term qi stagnation can lead to poor blood circulation and seriously affect health.

Qi stagnation symptoms

People with Qi Yu constitution are thin or slightly fat, have a pale red tongue and a stringy pulse. The complexion is dark or sallow, the temperament is irritable, easily excited, or depressed, with chest tightness, headache and dizziness, and often sighing involuntarily. Women are more common in irregular menstruation.
