Parkinson's disease is a common disease. So far, we are not very clear about the cause of Parkinson's disease. The clinical manifestations of Parkinson's disease generally have two aspects, one is motor symptoms and the other is non-motor symptoms. Prevention of Parkinson's disease is very important because we know that Parkinson's disease is prone to complications and Parkinson's disease is difficult to treat.

There are many details in the care of Parkinson's disease that we need to pay attention to. For example, whether it is better for Parkinson's patients to drink more water or less water, whether it is better to drink milk or not, these issues are worth discussing.

Parkinson's disease is a very harmful disease. This disease mostly occurs in middle-aged and elderly people with a very high incidence rate. This disease can cause patients to experience symptoms such as tremors, hand tremors, and difficulty swallowing, making them unable to take care of themselves in daily life. Therefore, the treatment of Parkinson's disease is imperative.

1. Patients with Parkinson's disease can eat more fiber-rich foods in their daily diet, which can relieve discomfort such as bloating, supplement calcium and vitamin D, and prevent osteoporosis. Everyone also needs to understand the relationship between drinking tea and Parkinson's disease, because the green tea polyphenols in green tea can help the elderly refresh their minds.

2. Drink less milk: Drinking milk can easily lead to Parkinson's disease. Men who drink more than 2 cups of milk a day have a 2 cups higher risk of developing Parkinson's disease than those who do not drink milk a day. Therefore, Parkinson's patients should drink less milk. This is a way to lower blood uric acid levels.

3. Develop good eating habits: If the patient feels tired of eating, he can eat more meals a day. If the throat feels tight when eating, try to yawn a few times before meals to relax the throat. Patients should eat more meat and seafood.

4. Drink more water: If Parkinson's patients drink enough water (8-10 cups) every day, it will help the condition and relieve constipation. Try not to drink water or food with high water content after 5 pm to avoid accidental falls caused by frequent urination at night.

Above, we introduced what Parkinson's disease is and its clinical manifestations. We know that patients with Parkinson's disease need care. Parkinson's disease patients have many things to pay attention to in their diet. The above also lists several precautions for Parkinson's disease. I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
