Itchy and peeling toes are a very typical symptom of athlete's foot. As far as the current medical level is concerned, athlete's foot, as a fungal infection dermatological disease, has not yet reached the level of treatment to be cured. Moreover, since athlete's foot is contagious, athlete's foot patients need to carry out daily prevention and treatment of their feet at the same time. So, what should you do when your toes are itchy and peeling?

At present, people are still in the exploratory stage of prevention and treatment of athlete's foot. Therefore, don't panic when athlete's foot occurs. As long as you keep your feet dry and clean at ordinary times, and then take some treatment measures, it is still very effective to prevent infection of athlete's foot. Next, I will introduce several methods of treating athlete's foot.

1. Erosive type: Soak with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution or 0.1% revulol solution, then apply gentian violet or athlete's foot powder, twice a day, wait until it is dry, then apply athlete's foot spirit or tinea ointment, twice a day.

2. Blister type: Soak your feet in hot water every day and then apply clotrimazole anti-tinea lotion or compound salicylic acid tincture once a day. After the skin is dry, apply anti-foot pain medicine or anti-ringworm ointment.

3. Keratotic type: You can use compound benzoic acid cream externally or apply it alternately with compound salicylic acid alcohol, once in the morning and once in the evening. It is best to wrap it with plastic film after applying the medicine so that the medicine can penetrate into the thick skin and facilitate its peeling. In daily life, you should pay attention to wiping it frequently with iodine and alcohol, iron and wash socks frequently, and try to wear less hiking shoes and more cloth shoes.

As stated in the article, the severity of athlete's foot varies for each athlete's foot patient. Therefore, in the process of treating athlete's foot, we must pay attention to symptomatic treatment. This article has listed in detail the different treatment measures for three different degrees of athlete's foot. I hope it can help everyone prevent and treat athlete's foot.
