[Composition] 30-90g of Herba Epimedii, 15-30g of Araliae Tripterygium, Rhizoma Curcumae, and stir-fried Atractylodes macrocephala, 30g each of Bombyx Batryticatus and Herba Prunellae, 9-15g each of Kelp, Calcinated Oyster Shell, and Calcinated Corrugated Iron Fern, 6-12g of Scorpion (grind into powder and take with water), and 6g of Licorice.

For those who are more cold, add dried ginger, aconite, and cinnamon; for those who are more weak, add angelica and asparagus; for qi deficiency, add astragalus and codonopsis; for blood deficiency, add angelica and placenta; for stomach yin deficiency, add ophiopogon and polygonatum; for liver and kidney yin deficiency, add tortoise shell, carapace, raw rehmannia, and wolfberry; for yang deficiency, add aconite, cinnamon, psoralea corylifolia, and cotton root; for those with excess heat, add gypsum, anemarrhena, astragalus, and coptis. In addition, sunflower seeds and hairy claw grass can be used; centipede can enhance the therapeutic effect of scorpion, but it must be supplemented with 1-2 liver-protecting medicines.

[Preparation and Usage] Take 1 dose daily, decocted in water 3 times, combine the liquid medicine, and take orally in the morning, noon and evening. Each type can be added or subtracted according to symptoms. Take one dose daily, decocted in water. In the treatment group, 16 cases were given chemotherapy, and 39 cases were given chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The control group of 50 patients received chemotherapy plus radiotherapy.
