The liver is an indispensable and important organ for the human body. Once there is any problem with the liver, the body will respond accordingly. Nowadays, there are many patients with heart diseases who do not pay attention to their daily lives, which eventually puts their lives in danger. The most common liver disease is chronic hepatitis. This disease is quite common. So how should it be treated? Patients with chronic hepatitis C experience milder symptoms, but the disease often protracted, with persistent elevations in transaminase and histological changes of chronic hepatitis. Some patients develop cirrhosis and liver cancer after 20-30 years. Therefore, patients with chronic type C should not take their condition lightly, but they should not be nervous or fearful. You should combine activity and rest in your life and have a regular routine; in your diet, you should consume a moderate amount of high-quality protein, and appropriately supplement vitamins and trace elements. You should avoid eating too much sugar and high-fat foods, quit drinking, and cooperate with doctors to get necessary treatment. There is currently no effective treatment for chronic viral hepatitis. No drug has ever been shown to be definitively effective in treating chronic viral hepatitis, so various experimental treatments are still underway. Since the pathogenesis of this disease may be related to factors such as the virulence of the virus strain, the number of infected cells and the effect of the patient's immune system, its treatment drugs are generally divided into three categories: 1. Antiviral drugs: including human leukocyte interferon, human fibroblast interferon, human immune interferon, cytarabine, cytarabine phosphate, acyclovir, ribavirin, phosphocarboxylic acid, and polyinosine. Among them, interferon has a more certain effect. 2. Immunomodulators: hepatitis B immunoglobulin, levamisole, hepatitis B vaccine, transfer factor, immune RNA, BCG, immunosuppressants, thymosin, Poria polysaccharide, etc. Among them, immune RNA is more effective. 3. Drugs that improve liver cell function: such as inosine, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin K, hepatocyte growth factor, etc. There are reasons why the human body gets sick. The largest number of chronic hepatitis patients are smokers. This is because the harmful substances in tobacco can cause liver problems, so it is important to quit smoking. Another thing is to stay away from smokers, as secondhand smoke is more harmful. Patients with liver disease must cooperate with doctors in treatment, otherwise if they delay it, it will turn into liver cancer, which is more difficult to treat at that time. |
