What are the symptoms of Qi deficiency type obesity? Is it serious?

What are the symptoms of Qi deficiency type obesity? Is it serious?

Qi deficiency constitution and Yang deficiency constitution are quite similar. In terms of nature, both are yin constitutions and weak constitutions. So what are the symptoms of qi deficiency type obesity?

1. Easy to gain weight.

The reason is very similar to that of people with yang deficiency who are prone to gain weight, but most of the weight gain of people with yang deficiency is due to excess water, while most of the weight gain of people with qi deficiency is due to excessive phlegm and dampness. Because when a person's spleen and stomach are weak, there will be two results. One is that there are fewer sources of nutrition and insufficient Qi and blood, so it may manifest as weight loss and sallow complexion. Another possibility is that when his Qi and blood are insufficient, he eats so much that he cannot digest it, and as a result, it is processed into a semi-finished product, namely phlegm and dampness. When phlegm and dampness have no place to go, they will go under the skin, which causes obesity; if they go to the liver, which causes fatty liver. Therefore, people with qi deficiency who gain weight mostly appear fat and weak. They look big but are useless. They have insufficient energy and cannot stand staying up all night. If you ask them to lift things, they are fat and useless. Therefore, people with qi deficiency may show two conditions: one is thinness and the other is obesity.

2. Prolapse of internal organs.

Because her qi is weak and cannot rise, her internal organs will sag, such as kidney ptosis, gastric ptosis, uterine prolapse and rectal prolapse.

Anyone who suffers from this disease basically has a weak constitution before the onset of the disease.

3. Low blood pressure.

4. Allergic rhinitis.

5. Chronic bronchitis.

6. Spontaneous sweating means sweating even when you are not active.

We know that all excretion of the human body must be moderate. For example, if the stool cannot be discharged as it should be, the body will become toxic and the skin will have problems. If you can't urinate, the problem is even bigger, it's uremia, which is a life-threatening condition. If you don't sweat when you should, you will become irritable, the heat cannot be dissipated, and you will gain weight. If menstruation does not occur as it should, it is called amenorrhea. You can't get pregnant and you will inevitably gain weight. It's okay if you don't gain weight, it will affect your secondary sexual characteristics. But you can't go too far either. For example, if you have diarrhea, you will quickly feel weak; if you urinate a lot, it means you have yang deficiency; if you even urinate frequently at night, it means your yang is even more deficient. If you sweat too much, it is a sign of weakness. If you sweat too much, you will feel weak and anxious. Especially if you sweat a lot on your head and back, it will affect your sleep and memory. For example, if a woman has too much vaginal discharge, it is the leakage of semen. Therefore, women who always have excessive leucorrhea tend to gain weight, firstly, and suffer from amenorrhea and laziness. You cannot exceed or fall short of what is entering or exiting the human body. If under normal circumstances, the temperature is not too high and there is not too much activity, but you are often sweating, it is a sign of a weak constitution. On the other hand, sweating too much will damage your vital energy. Therefore, in autumn and winter, when the body needs to be sealed, you cannot sweat too much, as excessive sweating will lead to the leakage of essence.
