How to treat pregnancy with Chinese medicine hot compress on fallopian tube

In clinical practice, Chinese medicine can be used to treat fallopian tube blockage in female friends. If you want to use Chinese medicine hot compress to treat pregnancy, you can refer to the following methods.

Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress method for fallopian tube obstruction:

Ingredients: 100 grams each of radix polygoni avicularis, herba scutellariae, cortex moutan, leeches, and horseflies, 150 grams each of scutellariae, red peony root, rhizoma smilacis elata, rhizoma trillium, zedoaria, myrrh, and frankincense, 200 grams of soapberry, and 300 grams each of mugwort and angelica.

Method: Grind the above medicines into fine powder, take 250 grams and put it into a cloth bag, sprinkle it with 30 ml of white wine and steam it in a pot for 20 minutes. Take it out and apply it to the lower abdomen when the moisture temperature is moderate. Put a hot water bag on the medicine bag to keep it warm, so that the temperature remains at around 40°C. Once every night, 40 minutes each time, change the medicine bag once every 5 days. Stop using during menstruation, 15 days as one course of treatment.

Treatment of blocked fallopian tubes:

1. Medication

The salpingitis that causes tubal obstruction and infertility is mainly a chronic inflammation, so most people use drugs, especially traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for regulating menstruation and promoting ovulation, to treat it, but the effect is not good.

2. Surgery

(1) Fallopian tube insufflation can be performed 3 days after the menstruation ends. Dissolve 160,000 units of gentamicin, 2 ml of 2% procaine, 5 mg of dexamethasone, and 5 mg of α-chymotrypsin in 20 ml of normal saline and inject into the uterine cavity through the fallopian tube catheter. Take once every other day and stop treatment before ovulation. Continuous treatment can be performed for 2 to 3 menstrual cycles. This therapy is still used by most medical institutions, but it has poor efficacy, is prone to infection, and has a high false positive rate.

(2) Conventional surgical treatment includes salpingostomy, adhesion separation, fallopian tube anastomosis, hysterosalpingography, etc. Conventional surgery requires large incisions and slow recovery after surgery.

(3) Those who wish to have children can undergo in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer technology. If there are no discomfort symptoms and no desire to have children, no special treatment is required.
