After a month, children can lie outside for a while in the summer and open the windows in the winter to breathe fresh air indoors. They should not wear too many clothes. Teach your children to adapt to colder environments from an early age so that they will be less likely to catch a cold when the climate changes. Outdoor activities can not only enable the skin to synthesize vitamin D, thereby promoting calcium absorption, but also have a good effect on the development of muscles, bones, respiratory, circulatory systems and the metabolism of the whole body. Regular exercise can also enhance appetite and enable children to take in enough nutrients, so that their physical fitness will be strengthened and their resistance will be significantly increased.
