How to relieve tinnitus? An old Chinese doctor has some tips for treating tinnitus

I don’t know if you have ever had this experience: there is nothing around you, but you can hear the buzzing sound of insects in your ears. This is a typical tinnitus phenomenon. Tinnitus can have a great impact on our lives. The most common impact is that it makes people feel upset and have difficulty falling asleep. Is there any good treatment for tinnitus?

1. Press the ear

1: Sit down and rub your palms 50 times. While your palms are still warm, press your ears tightly. Do this 6 times for 2 to 3 days in a row. You need to be calm and peaceful during the treatment for it to be effective.

2. Breath-holding

1: Sit quietly with your breath still, clench your teeth, pinch your nostrils with two fingers, open your eyes wide and let the air flow into your ears until you feel a rumbling sound. Do this several times a day for 2 to 3 days.

3. Rubbing Fengchi

1: Fengchi point is located on both sides of the occipital bone at the back of the neck, in the depression between the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the upper trapezius muscle. Use your thumb to massage until you feel soreness and swelling. Massage for 1 minute each time, 3 times a day. Pressing and rubbing the Fengchi point can effectively increase the blood supply to the ear and is most effective for neurological tinnitus.

Four: Gnashing teeth method

1: Grit your teeth when you have tinnitus. If you have tinnitus on the right side of your ear, clench your left teeth; if you have tinnitus on the left side of your ear, clench your right teeth; if you have tinnitus in both ears, clench your teeth on both sides.

Five: Ming Tian Gu Method

1: Every morning and before going to bed, rub your palms together to warm them up, then press the auricles on both sides tightly. Put your fingers together and place them on the top of your head or the back of your head. Place your index finger on top of your middle finger, and then use your index finger to slide and tap the back of your head or the top of your head until you hear a drumming sound. Tap 20 to 40 times each time.

6. Press and rub the acupoints around the ear

1: Use the tips of your thumbs to massage the Tinggong and Yifeng points on both sides of the body, with enough pressure to feel soreness and swelling. Remember to keep your mouth open when massaging, and do each acupoint for 1 minute. The Tinggong point is located in front of the tragus, and it appears concave when you open your mouth. This point has the effect of promoting the flow of Qi and blood, opening the orifices and improving hearing. It has a certain therapeutic effect on ear diseases, especially tinnitus caused by various reasons. Yifeng point is located at the midpoint between the mastoid process of the temporal bone and the mandibular angle behind the earlobe. This point has the effects of dredging meridians and activating blood circulation, calming the mind and opening the ears. It has a good preventive and therapeutic effect on ear diseases.

7: Pushing the Morgen Method

1: Place your index finger in front of your ear and your thumb behind your ear, and massage along the base of the ear from bottom to top, 40 to 50 times each time. After pushing, you will feel your ears getting hot, and your face and head will also feel hot.

8: Because tinnitus is often related to work pressure

Tinnitus is related to mood and sleep, so improving work and life habits is an important means to relieve tinnitus.
