What foods are good for sweating?

Excessive sweating may often be a sign of physical weakness, so conditioning cannot be ignored. Some medicated foods have good conditioning effects, such as Angelica sinensis black-bone chicken and Tremella and red dates soup, which have a good effect of replenishing yin deficiency and sweating.

1. Yuzhen Chicken

Wash a hen, put 30g each of longan, dried lychee, black dates, lotus seeds and wolfberry into the chicken stomach, add seasoning and steam it to nourish qi and essence:

2. Angelica Black-bone Chicken

3. Tremella and Red Date Soup

Cook appropriate amounts of Tremella and red dates together into a soup and eat it as a snack to replenish yin deficiency.

Turtle and Two Sons Soup: Boil 1 turtle with 20g each of Ligustrum lucidum and wolfberry, add seasoning, eat the turtle and drink the soup. Eat several doses in a row to replenish yin deficiency and treat low back pain, spermatorrhea, dizziness, blurred vision and other symptoms caused by liver and kidney yin deficiency.

Dendrobium and river fish; 6g of Dendrobium and 1 river fish steamed together can nourish yin. Cordyceps and old drake: Cook 9g of cordyceps with a three-year-old drake, eat the duck meat and drink the soup, which can replenish yin deficiency and induce sweating.

4. Seahorse Chicken

9g of seahorse and 1 young chicken, steamed together and eaten, can replenish yang deficiency. Leek, rice and shrimp: 200g leeks, 100g rice and shrimp, stir-fry together, add seasoning, and eat regularly to replenish yang deficiency and sweating.
