What causes plantar warts?

Plantar warts are an infectious disease, usually caused by HPV-1.3.4 virus infection. If you do not pay attention to hygiene and are subject to pressure, friction, and trauma, plantar warts may also occur, so you must pay attention to prevention.

1. Virus infection:

It is caused by a viral infection and can be transmitted through minor breaks in the skin, thus increasing the number of cases. Caused by HPV-1.3.4 viruses.

2. Environmental factors):

Because the soles of the feet are subjected to stress every day, coupled with the friction of shoes, plantar warts are very easy to be self-infected. And because the friction surface has a thick stratum corneum, it is related to compression, friction, trauma, and sweating.

3. Pay attention to correct care

Massage frequently. Foot massage can eliminate foot fatigue and improve the body's immunity. The massage method is to rub your feet. You can first rub the sole of your left foot with your right palm, and then alternate. When rubbing your feet, place your palms close to your heels and rub through the soles of your feet to your toes until your palms and soles of your feet become warm.

Soak your feet more often. Soaking your feet in hot water can dilate the blood vessels in your feet, speed up blood circulation, and enhance your ability to resist cold. The method is: soak your feet in relatively hot water, which should be as hot as your feet can bear. The water should cover your ankle joints, and soak for 10 minutes each time. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that soaking your feet in spring can raise yang and strengthen the body, soaking your feet in summer can eliminate summer heat, soaking your feet in autumn can moisten the lungs and promote bowel movement, and soaking your feet in winter can warm the dantian.

Keep warm. Wear thick socks and warm shoes to reduce heat loss from the feet. If you are active in a cold environment, you must take measures to keep your feet warm. It is best to walk on the spot and move your toes for about 10 minutes.
