Qigong is a magical exercise that has great health benefits. It can cure insomnia, nourish qi and blood, and even improve sexual function. There are two types of training to improve sexual function: internal and external exercises. Internal exercises focus on stillness, while external exercises focus on movement. Here is a good way to tell you.

It is of course better to be able to improve sexual ability through exercise. The most convenient exercise is to jump high. You can use roadside branches, basketball hoops or the ceiling at home, and try to jump and touch these designated objects, twenty to thirty times each time. You can also jump alternately from left to right, but be careful to avoid sprains. There are also common triple jumps, frog jumps, and vertical jumps on the spot. The methods are relatively simple and the effects are very good. You should also pay attention to maintaining good living habits and pay attention to reproductive health and hygiene.

1. Nourish the kidneys.

Sit with your legs apart and your scrotum hanging in the air. Tongue against the roof of your mouth. Meditation. When you inhale, the air goes straight down from the nasal cavity to the scrotum, the testicles and perineum tighten slightly, and a slight sore and swollen feeling is enough. Hold your breath for three or four seconds, exhale, relax your testicles, and relax your perineum. Practice this repeatedly. Practice until you don't want to anymore, there is no mandatory number of times.

2. Nourishing Essence

Inhale into the lower abdomen, pause for a moment, and when you exhale, the air will flow from the navel into the Mingmen, and then inhale again, and the air will flow from the Mingmen back to the navel. When you exhale, the air flows from the navel into the life gate, repeating the cycle. Practice as many times as you like. (The life gate is located at the spine, directly opposite the belly button)

3. Seabed Rotor

After practicing the first two steps for a while, you will feel warmth (like hot water flowing in the body), twitching (muscles twitching), and electric numbness (like an electric shock) in your genitals and waist (any one of them will do), then proceed to this step.

Inhale into the lower abdomen at the navel, and when you exhale, the air sinks into the scrotum. When you inhale again, the air flows from the scrotum through the perineum, over the coccyx, along the spine to the Mingmen point. Hold your breath for four or five seconds, and when you exhale, the air returns to your lower abdomen from the Mingmen. This is a cycle. Practice as many loops as you like. (This exercise is the basic training of replenishing yin with yang. Replenishing yang with yin with yang will hurt your virtue, so we will not discuss it here.)

4. Dasuoyangguan Method

Stand in a high horse stance, calm your mind, take a deep breath, let the air flow into the perineum, and while inhaling, start to tighten from the Dadun point on the big toe, then move to the sole of the foot, calf, thigh, genitals, waist and abdomen, chest, back, and neck in turn. After tightening, hold your breath, contract the perineum as much as possible, and retain the air from the perineum to the navel. Keep holding your breath and keep your whole body tense (the perineum should be contracted as much as possible). Maintain this state until you can no longer hold your breath, and exhale the breath in three times (exhale one third, inhale one third; do not exhale all at once). The air descends from the navel to the perineum. Slowly relax your whole body. This counts as once. Practice several times a day and you will see initial results in a month. (You can have sex for one or two hours without ejaculating)

5. Revert to Virility

Lie on your back with your legs open and the Yongquan points of your feet facing each other but not touching. Place your hands next to your ears and use your middle fingers to block your ear holes until you can't breathe or hear any outside sounds. Be calm and free of thoughts. No thoughts and no worries. Just posing like this. Let nature take its course. If you fall asleep, just fall asleep. Just empty your mind and don't think about anything. (Occasionally you will feel a full body shock or a feeling of falling from a height or the world is spinning. Don't pursue it and don't pay any attention to it. Most of the time the perineum will swell, contract and twitch a few times. Don't pursue it or pay any attention to it.) With long-term practice, your body will be like that of a boy, with firm morning erections and several times a night.

External Kung Fu

Leg stretching - please refer to basic martial arts training. Bend your waist - please also refer to basic martial arts training. Shake the waist - still refer to the basic martial arts training. The above three are flexibility exercises. When having sex, you need a flexible body so that you can have a variety of postures. Standing in a fixed position or horse stance, please search on Baidu for the method. Horse stance is an endurance exercise.

1. Tieyao Bridge

Find two chairs, open them at both ends, lie on your back, place one head and shoulder on the chair, place one calf and heel on the chair, and keep your waist, back, hips and thighs suspended in the air, keeping them straight. From one minute to one hour. Do it every day to ensure that you have powerful impacts during sex, and the frequency, speed and intensity of the impacts will increase significantly. (It was very hard. I wanted to cry every time I practiced this when I was a kid.)

2. Swing the dragon’s tail

Lie on your back in bed, clench your fists and place them at your waist. Stretch your legs straight, bring them together and lift them 45 degrees. Without moving your upper body, slowly swing your legs left and right with a swing range of about 45 degrees. Remember, it is a slow swing, slow, the key is slow, Understand? The time is also from one minute to one hour.

3. Pulling out tendons

Formal: Lie on your back, stretch your legs straight and together, raise your hands above your head, lift your upper body, bend over, straighten your arms and palms, grab the soles of your feet, stretch your muscles and bones as much as possible, put your head on your calves, and grab the soles of your feet if your palms can, hold for one or two minutes and then return to the original position. That is, fold the upper body towards the lower body with the hips as the axis. At least ten times a day.

Reverse position: Lie on your side, stretch your arms over your head, and straighten your legs together. Then bend your head and hands toward your waist, and stretch your legs and feet toward your waist. Your whole body is like a drawn bow. Stretch as much as you can until you can't bear it anymore. Hold for three minutes. At least ten times a day.

4. Dragon Playing with Pearl

Place one hand on your navel and the other hand on your testicles, and rub them at the same time. The hand placed on your navel should rub the testicles in circles with the navel as the center, and the hand holding the testicles should also rub the scrotum in circles, slightly pressing the testicles until they feel sore and swollen. According to old legend, you need to rub it 81 times. Then switch hands and continue rubbing. The formula is: one pocket and one knead, nine nines return to one, and the yang will not leave.
