How to drink Pangdahai in water?

The allergic reactions caused by it may be numerous, such as itchy skin all over the body, swollen lips, dizziness, palpitations, nausea, etc., which can be life-threatening in severe cases. Plantago ovata can only be used for medicinal purposes, and it must be "used for the right symptoms and stopped when it works." Discontinue use once symptoms improve.
