Recipes of Rehmannia glutinosa

④ Place the chicken in a porcelain pot and simmer over low heat without adding any seasonings such as salt or vinegar.

2. Black-bone chicken stewed with raw earth maltose

Ingredients for stewing black-bone chicken with raw earth maltose:

Main ingredients: 1000 grams of black-bone chicken. Auxiliary ingredients: 400 grams of raw Rehmannia. Seasoning: 200 grams of maltose.

① After slaughtering the black-bone chicken, remove the hair, internal organs, hard skin on the feet, and claws, and wash them;

② Wash and cut the raw Rehmannia root into thin strips;

③Mix maltose and raw Rehmannia root strips, place in the chicken's belly, and tie the mouth with cotton thread;

④Put the chicken in a pot, add appropriate amount of water and boil;

⑤ Then simmer over low heat until the chicken is cooked through.
